Kirill Molodyko joined the team of the HSE-Skolkovo Institute for Law and Development as a lead research fellow in 2014. He specializes in international finance, the World Trade Organization law, regulatory policy in the field of money circulation and financial services markets, economic analysis of law.
Associate professor of private law at the HSE Faculty of Law, teaches Capital Market Regulation, an author's course which in 2018 was among the winners of the Foundation for educational initiatives competition to create a training course programme in English. Leads a private law workshop for graduate students of the HSE.
Kirill regularly speaks at prestigious international scientific and expert conferences, including the International Financial Congress in St. Petersburg, KazanSummit in Kazan, the annual conference Development of Russian Law of the University of Helsinki, etc. In 2018, he developed and presented at the Eurasian Business Forum in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the General concept of the project for the development of Russian food exports to Muslim countries using traditional Islamic financial instruments.
